Join a creative, fast-paced team as a hands-on design leader driving end-to-end digital experiences. This freelance opportunity (6–8 weeks with potential for extension) calls for someone who can confidently guide clients and teams from project kickoff to delivery of comprehensive UX and brand systems. You’ll play a strategic and executional role in web design projects while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders — all within a fully remote setup that values autonomy, agility, and design excellence. Accountabilities: Lead UX and brand design strategy for client web projects from inception to final delivery. Act as both strategist and executor — balancing high-level thinking with detailed design work. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment, clarity, and satisfaction throughout the process. Direct, mentor, and collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers. Develop robust design systems and ensure consistency and accessibility across digital assets. Translate business goals into compelling user experiences, ensuring both creativity and usability. Requirements
Strong portfolio showcasing UX architecture, responsive design, and brand execution across digital platforms. Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. Excellent communication and client-facing skills; able to lead conversations with confidence and clarity. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables in a freelance/remote setting.
