We are seeking a Freelance ACD/Senior Art Director - Hospitality. Must have experience : Deep expertise across digital channels, i.e., social first digital storytelling, user experience, i.e., CRM & Landing pages, paid media, i.e., banners, paid social and pre-roll, print, traditional art direction (prop styling, wardrobe, etc.)
Video and still shooting experience. Must have elevated taste: Proof of refined luxury lens through a sharp eye for layout, typography, and building high-end, consistent brands.
Must have tools : Figma, including Design Systems and component libraries, working within DAMs, and sourcing stock images from approved sources.
Location: Remote - able to work ET hours
Salary rate range: $3000 - $3600/week
Reports to: Executive Creative Director
RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development of content, campaigns, and activations that deliver customer-centric creative aligned with strategic goals Passion for hospitality and the ability to both create and direct the creation of original, compelling content Work closely with account managers to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines across a variety of stakeholders and creative check-ins Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, and Copywriters to conceptualize, pitch, and brainstorm fresh, original content ideas that elevate the brand Guide revisions and evolution of creative assets based on stakeholder feedback and your creative vision Stay proactive in understanding the business, audience segments, and competitive landscape Leverage performance data to assess campaign effectiveness and apply insights to future work Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to better align creativity with business needs Stay informed on digital and social trends; bring fresh thinking and innovation to the table regularly REQUIREMENTS A strong portfolio that spans concept development to execution, with a clear emphasis on social media. Broad range of design capabilities and a strong foundation in conceptual storytelling-particularly through platform-first, social-first creative Seven (7) years of relevant design experience-preferably within an agency, design studio, or in-house creative team Experience in animation or video production A track record of developing and presenting creative concepts to stakeholders Deep understanding of current social media platforms-Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter-and a curiosity that embraces what's next Strong leadership skills: communicate clearly, prioritize effectively, manage processes, and guide teams with confidence. Solid grasp of design principles with expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite. Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and able to articulate a creative path forward. Detail-oriented in both creative execution and adherence to project management.
