Food Service Director Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage exciting menus.
Oversee kitchen staff and operations.
Ensure top-notch food safety and sanitation.
Maintain budgets and inventory.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to meet dietary needs.
Food Service Director Qualifications:
Degree in nutrition, dietetics, or hospitality preferred.
CDM or RD certification a plus.
3-5 years of food service management experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Passion for providing excellent meals and service.
