We’re looking for a compassionate Floating Caregiver in our Merrimack Valley and Greater Lowell area who will work side-by-side with our Director of Client Experience to ensure every new client feels welcomed and well cared for.

Home Care customer service and scheduling experience would be very helpful for this position.

What You’ll Do: Client Transitions: Assist our Director of Client Experience in guiding new clients from their first day of care until a dedicated caregiver is assigned.

Shift Coverage: Step in to cover open shifts, including last-minute sick calls or unexpected situations (like vehicle issues).

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to provide personalized, high-quality care that treats each client like family.

Who You Are: Compassionate & Patient: You naturally extend kindness and care, ensuring seniors feel valued and respected.

Flexible & Reliable: Your adaptable nature and commitment make you ready to handle changing schedules and unforeseen challenges.

Experienced in Senior Care: You bring hands-on experience in companionship, transportation, and personal care (assisting with feeding, dressing, bathing, grooming, etc.).

Adaptable Learner: While Hoyer lift experience is a bonus, we’re excited to train the right candidate who’s eager to learn.
