We are looking for dedicated professionals interested in working as full-time Fire Life Safety Director for one of our premier client locations in New York City. This description outlines the responsibilities, qualifications, and employment details for the position. Responsibilities Accurately monitor the fire command station. Respond appropriately to fire command station signals and alarms. Control access to the client site or facility through the admittance process. Courteously assist visitors with legitimate entry needs to the facility. Prepare logs or reports as required for the site. Observe and immediately report incidents or suspicious activity to client representatives, company management, life/safety personnel, or public safety authorities as appropriate for the circumstances and/or as required by the site. Other relevant duties may be assigned as they arise. Current New York State Security Guard License. Current Fire Safety Director Certification (F-89/T-89). Must have excellent concierge, verbal and written communication and computer skills. Must be able to pass drug test and stand for long periods with prior high-end hotel experience. Employment details Full-time schedule: Tue 5PM–1AM, Wed 4PM–12AM, Thu 4PM–12AM, Fri 4PM–12AM, Sat 4PM–12AM. Compensation: $30.00 per hour; Immediate hire.
