This is a unique opportunity to share the financial future of two high-growth business units, including Studio, Crowe's hub of AI expertise. As the Financial Management Assistant Director for Advisory and Studio, you will serve as a trusted partner to BU leaders, driving insights, shaping financial strategies, and enabling growth in two new Business Units.
Responsibilities
Work directly with the BU managing partners and delivery and operations leader on all financial matters
Support BU leadership with sensitivity analysis and 'what-if' modeling to assess new markets, AI initiatives, or service lines
Partner with the CFO and firmwide finance team leadership on business unit financial matters
Function as a key financial and strategic planning resource to business unit leaders
Collaborate with HR and operations leaders to align staffing and resource allocation with financial goals
Design, develop, and implement models and reporting to drive business decisions
Leverage technology, data automation, and generative AI in efficiently putting together analysis
Assess the economic & financial impact of major business decisions and market events
Actively participate in technology implementations related to finance activities
Develop and maintain a dynamic annual budget and maintain an active forecast model that illustrates expectations of performance against budget
Work with Partners and Customer Delivery Teams in managing unbilled Work in Process and Accounts Receivable balances
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
CPA, CFA, MBA or other relevant certification preferred
Experience in a finance-related business role and/or professional service industry is a plus
Advanced technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of Data Visualization tools like PowerBI
Proven experience applying generative AI and automation tools to streamline financial analysis, build intelligent agents, and enhance decision-making
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
We appreciate talent from all over the United States and are willing to consider candidates who may not be located near a Crowe office location for this role

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,100.00 - $206,100.00 per year.
