Capitol Chevrolet, Austin’s #1 Volume Chevy Dealer is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our high-performing Finance Team. The Finance Director will oversee all aspects of the dealership’s finance and insurance operations, ensuring profitability, compliance, and an exceptional customer experience. You will manage a team of finance managers and work closely with sales leadership to drive growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach the Finance & Insurance (F&I) team to achieve monthly and annual goals. Maximize product penetration, gross profit, and customer satisfaction. Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations. Partner with lenders to secure competitive financing and lease programs. Ensure all deals are funded promptly and contracts are error-free. Collaborate with the GM and department leaders to support dealership profitability targets. Qualifications: 10+ years of automotive finance experience required (at least 5 years in a director-level role). Chevrolet or GM dealership experience strongly preferred. Proven track record in leading high-volume finance operations. Deep knowledge of compliance regulations and lender relationships. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
