As Finance Director, you’ll lead global financial operations for a $4B alliance with Regeneron, supporting the Dupixent franchise, Kevzara, and Itepekimab. This is a high-impact role with broad exposure, strategic influence, and leadership responsibility.

Main responsibilities
Lead all financial operations for the Dupixent, Kevzara, and Itepekimab alliance with Regeneron, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment.
Serve as the primary finance contact for Specialty Care Operations and the Global Kevzara GM.
Coach and develop a team of three direct reports, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Drive alliance governance through leadership roles in key committees (JFC, JCC, JSC).
Oversee global consolidation, reporting, and forecasting of alliance financials.
Lead system and process improvements, including PowerBI, Plai, and automation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SOX controls, and audit readiness.
About you
10+ years experience in finance or accounting, ideally with exposure to alliance or commercial finance.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Experience in public accounting (Big 4 or regional firm) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required, Masters or CPA preferred.
Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment with diverse teams.
