Are you a seasoned finance professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and impact? We're looking for a Revenue Operations Leader to drive financial excellence, improve revenue processes, and support transformational growth in the healthcare sector.
In this high-impact role, you'll take ownership of revenue recognition, forecasting, and model analysis , ensuring full compliance with healthcare-specific accounting standards. You'll lead efforts to identify operational gaps, streamline the month-end close , and champion billing and AR strategies that directly improve cash flow and performance.
You'll also lead the charge on financial reporting, automation initiatives, and internal controls , boosting both transparency and efficiency across the board. This is a role for someone who isn't just comfortable with change - but drives it. What You'll Do Lead revenue recognition and forecasting with compliance at the core Optimize billing, collections, and AR strategies to improve cash flow Streamline month-end close and audit readiness with efficient processes Champion automation, internal controls, and financial transparency Collaborate across teams and embrace a variety of evolving responsibilities
What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree required 10+ years in revenue accounting, including 4+ years in a leadership role Strong experience in the healthcare industry Deep knowledge of modeling, AR strategy, and revenue processes Proven track record working with external auditors and technical accounting Demonstrated success in scaling revenue operations and controls Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
