The Holgate Center is a CCRC in the heart of SE Portland and we are looking for a caring compassionate person to lead our Friendship Health Center Nursing staff. This Skilled Nursing Facility is a resident focused care community with a long history. We need an adaptive and caring individual who wants to provide the highest quality of care not only for our residents but development and growth for the staff. Works closely with the Administrator to assure quality, compliance, and accountability for all, the ideal candidate will have experience leading a team in a post-acute care setting.

Wage $145,000 based on experience, per year Plus Merit Based Compensation Bonus of $10k

Required Qualifications

1. A Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
2. Must have, as a minimum, three (3) years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing home, or other related health care facility.
3. Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in practicing state.
4. Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to Skilled Nursing.
5. Current CPR certification.
