Ryan is expanding the Federal Income Tax Consulting practice throughout the U.S. We are seeking talent at all levels including Manager, Senior Manager, and Director, with experience in public accounting within the last 4 years.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of federal income tax, including consulting and provision experience.

We consider candidates at the Senior Associate or Senior Consultant level ready for promotion, as well as current Managers, Senior Managers, or Directors. Candidates can be located anywhere in the U.S. due to our flexible work environment.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance or equivalent is required. 4+ years of federal income tax consulting experience with a proven track record of excellent service delivery and teamwork.

Computer Skills:

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet research is required. Workday and Salesforce are also used at Ryan.

Certificates and Licenses:

Valid driver’s license required.

Work Environment:

Standard indoor environment.

Occasional long periods of sitting at a computer.

Regular interaction with employees and clients in person, via email, and telephone.

Independent travel of 30-50% may be required.

Standard workweek exceeds 50 hours.
