What You Will Do As a Director in Guidehouse’s Federal Financial Services sector, you will develop a high-performing team, successfully deliver engagements, and build a growing business that drives value for clients, meets financial objectives, and supports career growth for team members.

You will leverage your experience, knowledge, and business acumen in financial services and banking industries to help clients solve important problems at the intersection of the commercial and public sectors. Responsibilities include:

Direct involvement in delivering high-quality projects, maintaining close contact with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring project goals are met.

Developing and maintaining a high-performance team.

Identifying, pursuing, and winning new business through strategic pursuit and capture plans, building relationships, and leveraging market intelligence.

What You Will Need

10+ years' experience with a bank or financial services-related firm, especially related to the Bureau of Fiscal Service functions like collections, disbursements, reporting, and debt management, as well as broader Treasury offerings.

Experience in pursuing and operating within government procurement processes, including FAR procurements and FASP opportunities.

Strong relationships within the federal banking community.

Extensive knowledge of current and upcoming FASP and BFS procurements.

Leadership experience managing large teams of consultants, technologists, and operations staff.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Relevant federal and commercial certifications.
