FAMILY & VICTIM SERVICES DIRECTOR

The mission of Community Action Programs Cayuga/Seneca (CAP) is to respectfully assist people to achieve and sustain self-sufficiency through direct services, education, and community partnerships.
CAP is seeking a Family and Victim Services Director. The Director of Family and Victim Services provides strategic leadership, oversight, and supervision of Domestic Violence Intervention Services. This role ensures compliance, high-quality service delivery, and continuous improvement across all program areas serving survivors and families
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field from a regionally accredited or NYS registered college, and two years of related work experience required.
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field preferred.
One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
Demonstrated skills in grant writing, budget oversight, and public speaking are highly desirable.
Proficiency in database management, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
Must possess a valid and clean New York State driver's license.
This is a full-time, exempt position with an annual salary of $60,000-65,000 DOE
