About the Role: New Hope Worship Center in Grovetown, GA, is hiring a Family Ministries Director—a strategic, Spirit-led leader passionate about guiding the next generation and empowering parents to build faith-filled homes. This full-time role oversees ministry environments for birth through 5th grade and supports whole-family discipleship across every life stage. We’re looking for a visionary leader who thrives in both kid-focused and parent-focused ministry, loves building strong teams, and believes ministry doesn’t stop at the classroom door. Key Responsibilities: Lead the vision for a unified Family Ministries strategy that equips kids and families to grow in faith together Oversee all NHKids programming (birth–5th grade), ensuring biblically sound, developmentally appropriate, and spiritually impactful environments Develop staff and volunteer teams that create safe, Spirit-filled spaces for children to encounter God Equip and resource parents as the primary spiritual leaders in their homes Create intentional pathways for family milestones (salvation, baptism, transitions, etc.) Provide pastoral support, prayer, and spiritual guidance to families Recruit, train, and build a thriving volunteer Dream Team Collaborate with student ministry, pastoral care, and outreach teams to ensure cohesive family support Manage ministry budgets, child safety policies, and administrative systems Track ministry effectiveness through attendance, engagement, and spiritual growth metrics

Ideal Candidate: Has a deep, personal relationship with Jesus and models a God-first life 3–5 years of experience in children’s or family ministry leadership (multi-generational ministry experience a plus) Strong communicator who connects well with both kids and adults Visionary thinker with the ability to lead strategic execution Team builder passionate about empowering others Committed to both spiritual formation and emotional health Must pass a background check and complete a child safety certification
