Manage site operations, budget, and risk management practices that support a safe, inclusive, and fiscally responsible environment.
Inspire, coach, and develop staff to ensure student success and a thriving workplace culture.
To thrive in this job, you must:
Be a values-driven leader with 10+ years of relevant experience in education, youth development, or nonprofit leadership.
Bring strong strategic thinking and team management skills to execute with excellence.
Have experience cultivating donors, boards, and/or community stakeholders to deepen engagement and raise resources.
Be a confident communicator and relationship builder across lines of difference.

College Track is a comprehensive college completion program that equips students from underserved communities to be the first in their families to graduate with a bachelor’s degree. We do this by offering a holistic, asset-based program that invests in each of our scholars over 10 years: from high school to college, through the launch of their careers.

You are excited about working a 100% In Person with our scholars. You’d be expected in the office 11:00-7:30 Monday-Friday.
Compensation: This position is Full-Time, Exempt. The full compensation range for a Executive Site Director in San Francisco, CA is $140,000-$190,000/ Year with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer between $152,500 - $164,999/Year to ensure internal equity while leaving room for compensation growth during your time with us.
