Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with staff and other departments.
  • Thorough understanding of hotel cleaning procedures, guest service standards, and hygiene regulations.
  • Knowledge of linen and inventory management, forecasting supply needs, and optimizing stock levels.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and housekeeping management software.

  • Lead and manage the housekeeping team, establishing high standards, motivating staff, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping schedules and workflow processes, maximizing efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring adherence to cleaning protocols and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Train and develop housekeeping staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage linen and inventory stocks, ensuring optimal levels and addressing any supply chain issues proactively.

Compensation/Pay: $23
