Random Acts of Silliness (a nonprofit community arts organization inspiring laughter and play in Gallatin Valley) is searching for an Executive Enchantment Director . Does the following sound like you? You’re a leader: compassionate, strong when you need to be, and brimming with visionary and strategic ideas. Guiding this small but mighty team requires all of those abilities!

You’re an experienced non-profit administrator, with a notable amount of management, fundraising, and finance experience.

You have a strong working knowledge of non-profit operations and operational best practices.

You are an excellent communicator and collaborator. We have lots of folks in our orbit: the wonderful community at large, the RAS Board, creative and operations staff, volunteers, artists, performers, contractors, and more. Your relationship-building skills are key to establishing effective partnerships with everyone who cares about RAS now and in the future!

If you have a proven track record as a leader, then reach out to us. We have a lot of fun doing amazing things and we're looking for the right person to be the Executive Enchantment Director. What we require: College degree and/or requisite work experience of at least 2-3 years.

Passion for running the show…and an understanding of how to do that well!

Organizational leadership experience is required, preferably in a nonprofit or arts-focused environment. Experience should include supervising staff and contractors, overseeing budgets and fundraising efforts, working with boards, and managing operations and HR functions.

Demonstrated success in partnership building and event production is highly desirable.

Residence in Gallatin County or nearby is required; if not yet a resident, demonstrated plan to relocate at own expense, time frame negotiable.  This is not a remote position.
