We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead the operations of a senior living community. This role is ideal for a strong, people leader who can balance day-to-day management with long-term strategy, team development, and resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of community operations including care, dining, facilities, enrichment, sales, and business functions. Lead and develop a high-performing, service-focused team; manage staffing levels, coaching, and performance. Partner with regional leadership on strategic planning and change initiatives. Build strong resident and family relationships by promoting engagement, satisfaction, and proactive issue resolution. Drive occupancy and revenue in collaboration with the sales team; support marketing and outreach strategies. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and maintain a safe, high-quality environment. Manage the community’s operating and capital budgets, identifying opportunities to improve financial performance. Qualifications: Proven leadership in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality management. Strong financial acumen and team leadership skills. Understanding of compliance requirements for assisted living or memory care.
