About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its educational and childcare ministries with a strong focus on Christ-centered values. The successful candidate will be responsible for spiritual leadership and development, maintaining a vibrant relationship with the community, and ensuring that all academic programs align with the institution's mission and goals. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader with a deep commitment to Christian faith and education, capable of fostering a culture of academic excellence, spiritual growth, and community engagement. The Executive Director will also oversee financial sustainability, family and community engagement, fundraising, and development, as well as facility and operations management.

Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree or higher strongly preferred, and at least 3 years of educational administration experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, be adept at managing personnel, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. They must be a born-again follower of Christ, in agreement with the company's statement of faith, and demonstrate a Christ-like attitude in all interactions. The role demands a leader with a strong work ethic, excellent organizational and management skills, and the ability to make strategic decisions while being a proactive, lifelong learner.
