About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its revenue generation efforts. The successful candidate will be tasked with pitching and closing commercial partnership agreements, developing and executing specialty revenue concepts and events, and creating comprehensive revenue strategies. This role requires the identification of potential sponsors, management of profit and loss, and the building of a team to support the growing collective. The Executive Director will also be responsible for evaluating the organization's success, prospecting and closing high-level deals, and representing the company in a professional manner.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for those with a background in sports, and at least 7 years of experience in corporate sponsorship sales, sports marketing, or related fields. A strong understanding of the NIL landscape in collegiate athletics is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships, strong sales and presentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. An entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to work flexible hours, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite are also required. The role demands a proactive, self-motivated individual with a high level of integrity and a reputation for fairness.
