What You’ll Be Doing: Lead with Purpose: Oversee the daily operations of our assisted living and memory care community while ensuring exceptional care and regulatory compliance.

What We’re Looking For: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) or similar leadership experience in senior living or long-term care.

A solid understanding of assisted living and memory care operations , state regulations, and person-centered care models.

Strong leadership and communication skills —you bring out the best in people and lead with empathy and accountability.

Experience with financial oversight, team development, and strategic planning in a healthcare setting.
