The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in business administration or a related field, a deep understanding of impact investing, and a track record of securing diverse funding. They should be adept at building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from executive council members to community partners. The role also involves leading the organization in its goal to mobilize significant capital for financial tools and products that support the aspirations of the community. The Executive Director will be expected to work with the Board of Directors to advance the mission, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure the organization's long-term success.
