Summary The primary purpose of the Assisted Living (AL) Executive Director is to maintain the excellent reputation of the community, prepare for and execute excellent state annual surveys, maintain a clean and visually appealing community, maintain the safety and welfare of all tenants of the facility, establish and maintain great relations with all referral sources, and oversee the entire community team in accordance with the facility's established policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations and the directions of your supervisors.
