About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to serve as a key partner to the COO and senior executives, with a primary focus on the overall management of the Wilmington facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient care, operations, financial performance, and strategic planning, all in alignment with the company's mission. This role is pivotal in the community, acting as the face of the organization and developing partnerships to meet the needs of the local population. The Executive Director will also be involved in special projects, strategic priorities, and will drive business growth through the planning and implementation of strategic opportunities.

Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company's Wilmington facility must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, healthcare operations, leadership, or a related field is required. The role demands strong communication, financial, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to establish effective working relationships and a solid understanding of healthcare laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be adept at strategic planning, and execution, and have a proven track record in driving business growth. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also necessary.
