About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to provide visionary leadership and strategic oversight for its Academy for Professional Excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the organization's mission, programs, and operations align with the broader goals of the company. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of a Master's degree in social work or a related field, with at least 12 years' of leadership experience in managing and supervising staff, and a strong background in health and human services workforce development. The ideal candidate will have a distinguished record of executive leadership, regional expertise, and a proven track record in fiscal and contractual oversight. They should be deeply knowledgeable in culturally responsive and recovery-oriented frameworks, and have the ability to embed these principles into organizational culture and service delivery.
