MVP Recruitment is excited to partner with a highly regarded Senior Living organization to recruit an experienced Executive Director for one of their premier Assisted Living Communities in the Canton, MA area.

This beautiful, modern community features just under 100 units and specializes in Memory Care Assisted Living. It is supported by a strong, locally based leadership team and a well-established reputation for excellence in resident care and family satisfaction.

About the Opportunity:

The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of community operations including resident care, team leadership, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and occupancy growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced senior living professional to lead a dedicated team in a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong and compassionate leadership to staff across all departments

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and occupancy goals

• Maintain a high standard of care and customer service for residents and families

• Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture

• Partner with regional leadership on strategic planning and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Director or Administrator in an Assisted Living setting

• Strong background in Memory Care is highly preferred

• Knowledge of Massachusetts EOEA regulations

• Demonstrated leadership, operational, and team-building skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
