The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of caregiving services within the organization. This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and fostering a supportive environment for both clients and employees. Key Responsibilities : Leadership and Management : Provide leadership and direction to the caregiving team. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.Develop and implement policies and procedures.Oversee hiring, training, and evaluation of staff.Client Services : Ensure high-quality care and services are provided to clients.
