This role works closely with department managers to ensure excellent resident care, engagement, sales results, and financial performance.

Responsibilities: Travel for training and development as needed Oversee all operations within the Branch, building strong relationships with staff, residents, and families Supervise, motivate, and assist staff to ensure optimal operation Attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring proper staffing and compliance Maintain positive resident relations and accessibility Drive sales in collaboration with the Branch Sales Leader to meet occupancy and NOI targets Ensure property maintenance in partnership with support teams Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with regulations Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s preferred Necessary licensure for assisted living operation Experience in business operations; senior housing experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new applications Effective communication skills Organizational and time management skills Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Valid driver’s license and appropriate driving record About Bickford Senior Living: Founded in 1991, Bickford is committed to enriching the lives of seniors through high-quality, compassionate care.
