Job Description ANEW Place is seeking a dynamic leader with an entrepreneurial spirit to advance the mission and vision of ANEW Place in its work with our neighbors experiencing homelessness in the Greater Burlington area. ANEW Place is a faith-based homeless services agency equipping adults in the Greater Burlington area experiencing homelessness with the tools for lifelong change. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the organization Manage the annual operating budget Lead and manage staff Develop strategic direction in partnership with the Board of Directors Handle operational management and program oversight Manage community relations and advocacy Oversee human resources and fiscal management Lead strategic planning and fundraising efforts Ensure organizational financial health and seek growth opportunities Candidate Criteria: Passion for the mission of ANEW Place and affinity for faith-based nonprofits Compassion for low-income individuals and understanding of poverty and homelessness issues Ability to lead and empower a dedicated team Proven skills in program and fiscal management Excellent interpersonal, management, and analytical skills Nonprofit experience is desirable Salary is commensurate with experience.
