Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Beacon Hill Schools seeks an experienced Director to oversee our thriving early learning center located in Athens, GA.
Responsibilities
Lead daily center operations: staff scheduling, HR, vendor management, and facilities oversight.
Drive financial performance: monitor revenue, manage budgets, and optimize costs.
Ensure compliance with state licensing and accreditation standards (DECAL, Quality Rated).
Partner with teachers to deliver a high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth.
Build strong family partnerships and community engagement to support enrollment and retention.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5+ years of ECE leadership experience in licensed childcare or preschool operations.
Strong operational management skills (HR, finance, compliance) and leadership expertise.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Passion for early childhood development, teacher training, and staff mentorship.
