*Your Role as Executive Director*

As Executive Director, you will lead with vision, compassion, and integrity. You’ll guide a dedicated team, uphold regulatory standards, and ensure the community runs smoothly—creating an environment where residents feel at home and employees feel empowered.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Oversee day-to-day community operations, including HR, dining, maintenance, compliance, and resident care. * Build and support a collaborative, high-performing leadership team. * Maintain full regulatory compliance across all departments. * Cultivate strong relationships with residents, families, and staff. * Ensure occupancy goals and financial objectives are consistently met.

*What We’re Looking For:*

* Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or related field. * Strong communication skills (verbal and written). * Proven success in team building and operational management. * Required state licensure/certification for the Executive Director role. * A people-first mindset with a drive to exceed expectations.
