About the Role

The Executive Director will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including students, alumni, faculty, and external partners, to align with the company's priorities and expand its network.

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company's Venture Lab should hold a Master's degree and have at least 10 years' of leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The role demands exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, the ability to manage a multi-million-dollar budget, and a focus on financial sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a background in partnership development, brand-building, and donor stewardship, and must be able to balance significant financial, managerial, and operational responsibilities. A regular in-person presence is required, with the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
