About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Venture Lab, a key leadership role that involves maximizing the lab's impact, visibility, and partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the lab operates as a high-performing, collaborative ecosystem, and will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including students, alumni, faculty, staff, and external partners. This role requires a strategic vision for organizational growth, change leadership, and a strong focus on building and managing a high-functioning team. The Executive Director will also be tasked with providing strategic oversight of programming, resource management, and supporting donor stewardship to ensure the financial sustainability of the lab.

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company's Venture Lab should have a Master's degree and at least 10 years' leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The role demands a proven track record in organizational growth, change leadership, and the ability to engage with a variety of audiences.
