About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director/Senior Director for US Marketing. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of developing and executing the promotional strategy and tactical plan to support the brand's multiple indications, with the potential to extend to early pipeline product initiatives. This pivotal role demands a leader who can ensure that all promotional strategies are in line with field perspectives, and who is adept at collaborating with cross-functional partners to align on key strategies and messages. The Executive Director/Senior Director will also be responsible for maintaining a productive partnership with the promotional review committee, analyzing the business landscape for insights, and ensuring that all marketing activities comply with company guidelines and local laws.

Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' of pharmaceutical industry marketing or related experience, with at least 8-10 years' in oncology marketing, and a preference for those with experience in hematological malignancies and CLL. The role requires a strong team player with a proven track record in influencing cross-functional teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to grow and develop others. A background in highly competitive markets, US marketplace launch experience, and a minimum of 5 years' of people management experience are essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, results-oriented, and possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, with a commitment to the values of the company.
