About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Financial Aid Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, control, and coordination of federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs. This includes developing and revising policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, maintaining the integrity of financial aid data, and overseeing the financial aid office's daily operations. The role also involves strategic collaboration with enrollment management leadership, advising on financial aid trends, and participating in the development and execution of financial aid and enrollment projects. The Executive Director will be a key liaison for the university, representing the financial aid office in various capacities and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service to students and their families.

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Master's degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in a service environment, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role within financial aid. The role requires a deep understanding of financial aid policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as experience in a highly regulated industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing staff, coordinating system updates, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations.
