About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Strategy and Transformation within its AI Division. This key leadership role is focused on guiding the strategic direction and driving enterprise-wide transformation through the adoption of AI and machine learning technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive AI/ML strategy that aligns with the company's goals, serving as a senior advisor to C-level executives, and leading high-impact transformation programs. The role requires a visionary and execution-focused approach to ensure that AI-driven solutions are in line with the company's mission in clinical research, diagnostics, and healthcare delivery. The Executive Director will also be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation, design thinking, and user-first design in AI/ML solutions.

Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or innovation leadership. A minimum of 7 years in senior leadership within AI/ML-driven environments, particularly in healthcare, clinical research, or life sciences, is required. The role demands a proven track record in leading enterprise strategy and transformation programs, strong experience in scaling AI/ML operations, and the ability to manage large vendor and partner networks. The ideal candidate will have executive presence, strong communication skills, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks for healthcare AI. Hands-on experience with AI platforms, digital product development, and relevant certifications in AI Ethics, Digital Transformation, Agile, or Design Thinking are also essential.
