About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior/Executive Director for its Strategic Capital team, with a focus on driving investment sourcing, strategic partnerships, and commercial value creation. The successful candidate will be a key player in identifying emerging companies, structuring investment opportunities, and supporting strategic collaborations that enhance the company's long-term growth. This role requires a professional with a strong background in venture capital, corporate development, or strategic partnerships, particularly within the life sciences, diagnostics, or pharma services sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in deal execution, a deep industry network, and the ability to nurture relationships and encourage partnerships.

Applicants for this position should have a minimum of 10 years' of validated experience in venture capital, corporate development, business development, or strategy within the relevant fields. A Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA, PhD, or advanced degree. Key competencies include strong deal-making and financial analysis skills, the ability to synthesize market insights into investment strategies, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities. The role demands an entrepreneurial approach, the capacity to drive projects in a fast-paced corporate environment, and the ability to engage in high-level conversations with senior leaders. The candidate should be a recognized leader and critical advisor, with a focus on generating value for multiple stakeholders through the development of mutually beneficial partnerships.
