About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Specialty Care Solutions. This dynamic and mission-driven leader will be responsible for the virtual specialty care strategy and operations, with a focus on leading the eConsult program. The role involves sales and marketing, business development, and specialist network strategy, all aimed at driving financial outcomes and enhancing the ability to care for patients. The successful candidate will be the subject matter expert on the integration of virtual specialty care into primary care models, and will work to influence the care model and ensure the program's success in both the internal and external marketplace.

Candidates for this role should have a strong work ethic, be self-starters, and have a proven track record of leadership in a relevant field. The position requires a leader with the ability to set strategic direction, manage complex programs, and lead multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' of experience, with a background in operations, change management, consulting, or growth leadership. Key attributes include the ability to work independently, strong problem-solving skills, financial acumen, and the ability to build enduring relationships with both business and clinical partners. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required, and the role is remote, with the candidate able to be located anywhere in the US.
