About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Lead Information Security Analyst with a focus on Cybersecurity. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, responsible for providing hands-on support to the Business and Technical Information Security Officer in driving down risk and managing the cyber posture for the CIO teams. This role requires a proactive and passionate individual with a deep understanding of cybersecurity domains, who can lead cyber risk reduction activities and provide clear, actionable guidance. The Senior Lead Information Security Analyst will also be expected to work closely with senior stakeholders, anticipate and address cyber risks, and demonstrate a strong commitment to the strategic, tactical, and operational priorities of the cybersecurity function.

Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' of experience in Information Security Analysis, with at least 5 years' specifically in cyber security risk management. A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity is desired, along with deep expertise in key cyber domains and a strong knowledge of the financial services or banking industry. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to influence at all levels, and a hands-on, proactive approach to security. The ideal candidate will have a background in a dynamic and highly-regulated organization, and be adept at consulting on complex security issues and leading the organization in decision-making processes related to information security.
