About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Patient Engagement and Retention. The successful candidate will be a strategic and operational leader, responsible for driving enterprise-wide patient retention and engagement efforts. This role involves the development and execution of data-driven strategies, oversight of a large patient engagement and escalation program, and collaboration with various cross-functional teams to enhance patient outcomes and experiences. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, team oversight, data and analytics, cross-functional collaboration, executive communication, and budget management.

Applicants must have a strong work ethic, be self-starters, and demonstrate the ability to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years' experience in strategy, planning, or operations, with a minimum of 4 years in healthcare leadership, and a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide initiatives with measurable impact. Strong analytical skills, executive presence, and excellent communication are essential. A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with experience in value-based care and healthcare operations. The role requires a leader who can radiate positive energy, assume good intentions, and is dedicated to creating unmatched patient experiences and driving clinical excellence.
