About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director, Operational Treasurer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of setting and maintaining the highest standards in treasury operations, with a focus on cash management, hedging, and factoring. This role is pivotal in ensuring the company's financial health and growth, and the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a relentless commitment to excellence. Responsibilities include overseeing daily treasury operations, defining and implementing hedging and risk strategies, managing balance sheet forecasting, and leading all cash initiatives and M&A activities. The Executive Director will also be responsible for compliance, team development, and driving the optimization of treasury management systems.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or professional certification preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in a treasury leadership role, particularly within a manufacturing or similar industry, is required. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in financial instruments, banking regulations, and complex financial management, as well as experience in international treasury operations and currency risk management. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
