EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, ONLINE PROGRAM OPERATIONS, BU Virtual Operations Boston University is seeking an Executive Director of Online Program Operations to support and manage the operations of online graduate and certificate programs. Reporting to the Vice President and Associate Provost of BU Virtual, this role involves developing and optimizing operational processes, managing resources, and ensuring effective program delivery. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership in online program operations, including process management for program development, review, QA, and launches. Oversee administrative and operational support from program initiation to launch. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. Ensure compliance with accreditation, accessibility, and other regulatory standards. Lead operational assessments and collaborate across teams to optimize processes. Supervise and develop a high-performance team of operations professionals. Required Skills and Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in online program management. Strong project management skills and experience with online education tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze data and drive decision-making.
