About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Student Health Services, a pivotal role that demands a dynamic, student-centered, and visionary leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction and leadership of the health center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accessible, and culturally responsive medical care to a diverse student population. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans, policies, and procedures, as well as fostering partnerships both on and off-campus to support the holistic well-being of students. The Executive Director will also be tasked with personnel and fiscal management, program development, and evaluation, and will serve as a key spokesperson and public health expert for the university.

Applicants must have a medical degree with at least 2 years' of administrative experience, or a master's or doctoral degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years' of progressive leadership in a comparable health services or university program. The role requires a leader with a strong background in organizational sustainability, budget and human resource management, and a proven track record in staff supervision and development. Deep cultural competence, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse groups are essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience in fund development, a general understanding of healthcare economics, and knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in the field.
