About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director of Strategy and Project Management to play a pivotal role in the integration and strategic planning efforts across its growing network. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving and coordinating institutional integration, and ensuring the development and execution of strategic planning that aligns with the mission and values of the institution. This role involves leading cross-functional integration teams, overseeing the infrastructure for managing strategic priorities, and fostering a culture of transparency, teamwork, and solution-focused execution.

Applicants must have a Master's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 7 years' progressive leadership experience, and a proven track record in strategic planning, institutional integration, or enterprise-level project management. The Executive Director will be tasked with leading a coordinated, mission-aligned integration process, serving as a trusted advisor on organizational alignment, and designing multi-year strategic planning processes. Proficiency in project management tools, excellent organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with the mission and values of the institution are essential. The role also requires experience in stakeholder engagement, and a background in accreditation processes, academic program review, or shared governance structures is highly valued.
