The Company is in search of an Executive Director - Operations to join their West Region leadership team. The successful candidate will be a key driver of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, improving patient care outcomes, and leading the organization through the ever-evolving healthcare landscape. This role requires a leader who can spearhead change management, foster innovation, and ensure that transformation efforts are in line with the company's mission, goals, and industry standards. The Executive Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a clear vision for organizational transformation, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and collaborating with senior leadership and key stakeholders to achieve successful results.

Candidates for the Executive Director - Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, with at least 7 years in a management role.
