About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its hospice services. The successful candidate will be a proven leader with a strong commitment to providing compassionate care. The Executive Director will also be responsible for recruiting and mentoring qualified staff, maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders, and leading quality improvement initiatives.
Applicants for the Executive Director position must have a current RN license, with a preference for those with executive director-level hospice leadership experience. A minimum of three years in healthcare and five years in a leadership role, preferably within a hospice or similar setting, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and growth, as well as the ability to manage financial operations and lead a team in a way that fosters a culture of excellence and compassion. A current CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation are also necessary. The role demands a strategic vision that prioritizes both patient welfare and organizational success, and the Executive Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of care and support for patients and their families.
