About the Role

This role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years' recent experience in hospice operations management, and a background in executive leadership, administration, or a similar high-level position. The Executive Director will be tasked with overseeing a large team, both directly and indirectly, and must be adept at fostering growth, particularly in terms of census and business development.
Applicants for the Executive Director position must have a proven track record in the hospice or home health industry, with a focus on operations, growth strategy, and clinical leadership.
