About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Community Development to spearhead the sales of bulk or right of entry agreements for fiber-to-the-Home/Unit projects. The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial and proven sales leader with a strong desire to build a business unit. Key responsibilities include understanding the community's strategy, building a go-to-market strategy, and establishing a pipeline of opportunities by aligning product offerings with client needs. The role also involves building relationships of influence in the sector, creating effective presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with outside consultants, vendor partners, and property managers.
Applicants for the Executive Director of Community Development position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of six years of related experience, with a preference for those with a background in the bulk services market in Florida. The ideal candidate will have a track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas, particularly in the HOA, MDU, or multi-family sectors. Skills and expertise required include an entrepreneurial drive, enterprise-level sales leadership experience, and a proven ability to work with a defined sales process and methodology. The role demands excellent time management, negotiation, goal setting, prospecting, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, and experience with CRM is a must.
