This role involves the development and implementation of innovative career services programs and partnerships to equip students with the necessary tools and opportunities to achieve their career aspirations. Develop and execute a comprehensive career services strategy aligned with the college's mission and educational philosophy. Oversee the management of career counseling, job placement, employer outreach, and career development programs. Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential employers, alumni, and other institutions to enhance job and internship opportunities for students. Ensure the provision of high-quality advising and support services to students in relation to their career development and employment goals. Lead, motivate, and develop the career services team to achieve outstanding results. Manage the department's budget, resources, and operations effectively. Assess and report on the effectiveness of career services initiatives and outcomes to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
