About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for AI Products to lead the vision, strategy, and development of AI and machine learning products with a focus on real-world healthcare impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the roadmap for AI and data products that align with the company's broader goals and healthcare mission. This role involves managing the full product lifecycle, introducing and scaling innovative AI technologies, and leading initiatives in areas such as personalized medicine, real-time data analytics, and predictive modeling. The Executive Director will also be tasked with ensuring that all products meet regulatory and ethical AI standards and will be expected to build and mentor a high-performing team.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master’s or MBA, and at least 12 years' experience in product management, analytics, or AI/ML, including a minimum of 6 years in life sciences, clinical, or healthcare software. The role requires a proven track record in managing full product lifecycles, strong technical understanding of AI/ML, data engineering, or software development, and experience in integrating AI into regulated environments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic leadership skills, and experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment is a plus. The position demands a leader who is adept at cross-functional collaboration, and who can connect advanced technology with practical problem-solving to deliver tools that transform healthcare.
